Hectic.....

     Things have been insanely busy for me lately. 

• Going back to school with a class that wants me to read about 20 books ,
• Started a second job tutoring GED students and teaching ESL. 
• Oh, and I'm moving... 

Sheesh.. 

So you will have to forgive me for the lack of videos and blog posts..

CHRISTMAS WREEEAATHHHSSSS!

I finally did it, I created something Christmas-y. I made like a MILLION of these small little wreaths. Yup, I think they are quite an accomplishment.

But the real question is:


WHAT THE HECK DO I DO WITH ALL OF THESE FREAKING WREATHS!?!?!?!?

Christmas Craft Capers!

I just recently decided to start doing holiday art, I tried Halloween and had a bit of fun, didnt get as much done as I really wanted, but oh well!

But Christmas has me a bit overwhelmed!!
There is so much out there!! I got a whole bunch of tiny wreaths at a garage sale for $2 back in the summer and they have been sitting in my trunk for 4 months, I finally went to Michael's, to get some ribbon and decorated them. But now I have a bunch of decorated wreaths that I dont know what to do with!!
Someone suggested selling them, but my mother(in her infinite criticism) says that they will not sell, and my house is so small theres no way I could but them all up, theres enough clutter as it is!!
Among that I also decided to decorate ornaments this year, I did it last year and gave them as gifts and it was a big hit, so I am trying it this year too, just in a different way. I will post pictures as soon as I get it done!!

Mushrooming...

I saw this amazing pic online of a mushroom pincushion!!


I could'nt wait! I had to try it!
My first attempt went alright, I have definitely decided to destroy my glue gun! I gave it one last shot and it just didnt cut it! I can just never get it to do anything like I see other people doing, instead it just burns the crap out of my finger and makes a mess. Maybe I just need a new gun...?

I dont know! but I am going to explore other opportunities on glue..

Approaching sounds of trucks and sirens...

Listening to Amanda Palmer,

I was going to work on a video I made of some Shrinky Dink making but my computer decided that it hated me and completely shut down, The only way I could get it working again was to restore the stupid thing to its original factory settings.
This is when I would normally be making art, but in this small apartment, one light disturbs all the other residents. I have had a rough weekend, computer messing up, my mother was being a jerk, cat threw up on my new jeans..jerk face... and I couldnt go to work Friday because I was sick, So I am just sitting here depressed listening to Amanda Palmer and her amazing album "Who Killed Amanda Palmer?"
SOOOO many of these songs are just what I need. This bitch is amazing on piano.

Anyway, Hope everyone is doing hunky dory, I am thinking about just staying up until 5 am when the donut shops open, just four more hours!!!!
